This privacy policy (the “Policy”) sets out how G-Codex uses and protects any information that we collect when you use our products, services, websites, and the application (collectively the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to our privacy policy and agree to abide by the Terms of Use and provide an unconditional, irrevocable, explicit and informed consent to the processing of data including your personal data in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install, use or otherwise access the Services.

We will also update about the changes via our Official Facebook  accounts or by sending you an email or other notification. We will indicate the date on which the last updates have been made. Our primary objective in collecting your information is to provide the Services and to enable you to easily navigate and operate the Services. We may use your information to register your account, facilitate in-app purchases, connect users for multiplayer access, provide customer support and notify about the application updates.

Account related information and Personal Information

When you register on our application or download our application and create an account, we will collect and retain information that is used to identify you. We will also collect information such as your Google email address and/or your Facebook registered email address to the extent that your privacy settings with Google or Facebook permit us to access. While you are using the Services, we may collect information relating to you and other users with whom you are interacting.

Personal Information generally means information that might reasonably be used to specifically identify you and may include information such as (i) name, (ii) date of birth, (iii) mailing address, (iv) telephone number, (v) email address, (vi) photo or other image, (vii) payment information, and (viii) location or GPS based information. This Policy applies to all Personal Information that we receive, regardless of how it is gathered or stored.

If you choose to log in to our Services by using social networking site credentials (such as Google or Facebook Connect), the site may send us personal data that your privacy setting allowed it to share with us.

Non-Personal Information

Non-Personal Information means information that does not directly identify you. We may use analytical services and other tools which enable us to collect your IP address or other identifier, usage data relating to our Services as well as information on your device properties. Based on this data, we may create statistics, provide better services and further develop our Services.

We collect certain information that your mobile device sends when you use our Services, like a device identifier, device properties, user settings, mobile phone carrier, the operating system of your device, geographical data and approximate location and information about your use of our Services.

Location Data

As the application may use your location and the location of other users, we collect and store information about your location when you use our Services through the location services available in your device. We further store and collect information when you use the Services using the location services made available through your mobile device, 3g/4g or other mobile tower services, wireless internet and/or GPS. The Services make use of the various positioning methods available on you device. You agree that by using our Services you will be transmitting your device location to us. You agree that the location data will be shared publicly with other users through the App when you take an action. We may also use location information to improve and personalize our Services for you.  We may share your name and location through the application with other users and players.

Cookies and other identifiers

We may use cookies and other identifiers (such as clear gifs or pixel tags). With cookies and other identifiers we can provide a better user experience. You may delete the cookies from your device after using our Services.


We use information collected through our Services for purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you in connection with our Services. We may use your information:

  • To create user accounts and allow users to use our Services;
  • To identify and connect with other users for multiplayer gaming;
  • To operate and improve our application and Services;
  • To administer our Services for internal operations including troubleshooting purposes;
  • To ensure that content from our Services is presented in the most effective manner for you and your devices.
  • With third party service providers who work with us to administer and provide the Services.
  • With third parties for research and analysis, demographic profiling, and other similar purposes (provided that the information is non-identifying). Web may publish data based on our users’ information in the form of statistics provided that such information does not identify you.
  • In relation to any potential business transaction involving a merger, acquisition or other corporate transaction with a third party in relation to G-Codex when the data (which is a business asset) may be transferred or disclosed to a third party.
  • If required or requisitioned by a governmental or a judicial authority or to a private party in relation to any claim or legal process and to protect our rights and interest.


The Services does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Services. In the event where the Services accidentally collects information, the user may contact the developer to request the information to be removed from the server. In any event, children below the age of 13 are not permitted to either download the application or use the Service and we are not responsible or liable for any violation of this condition.


G-Codex takes reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties. We make our best efforts to store the information collected on the Service in a secure and encrypted operating environment. We make good efforts to protect the information to be accessed in public domain. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage on our systems. We cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally obtaining access to this information, though we will take all necessary precautions from time to time.

We strongly discourage you from sending us personal information through emails and messaging. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” Signals received from web browsers.


Our Services may contain links to external sites and link content from external third party sources. Please note that the use of such third party sites or content is subject to their privacy policies and usage terms of the third party in question instead of our own terms and we do not have control or assume any liability over such content.


We may retain your information for as long as your account is active and the information is needed to provide you for the Services, provided that G-CodeX App Development, its clients, affiliates, successors, or service providers may retain information and user content for a commercially reasonable time period for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes, following termination or deactivation of your (or your authorized child’s) account.
